What can you expect if you hire me?
I specialize in no-pressure sessions, helping my clients feel at ease and have a good time. I'm a sucker for detail shots and all the "in-between" moments. I love, love, love a light flare, rich details, and finding the balance between the shadows and light. I'll give you some direction, but I let your personality come out during our time together. I bring your photos to life with the artistic flare of my editing style. I typically spend about 5 to 6 hours editing the details of each photo, fixing blemishes, softening wrinkles, and removing distracting objects. Throughout the week, I'm scouting the best locations nearby and I will often scope out multiple locations on the days leading up to our session. You don't just pay for the session with me; I give you a whole experience. Word of mouth is my best advertisement, so please remember to tag me in your social media posts!
How long does it take to receive my gallery?
I offer a very quick turn around from session to gallery delivery. I never make my clients wait longer than 2 weeks.
Elopement options may take slightly longer depending on length of wedding.
Rush edits available for an additional fee.
Are outfit changes available?
I will bring a changing tent upon request for your outfit changing needs. Just keep in mind that your agreed upon session time is around 45 minutes.
Can I bring props?
I encourage for you to bring props! YES!!! Props can help to personalize the look of your photos. Maybe a deck of cards or a favorite board game ... we can get creative to get everyone laughing and interacting!
How do I book a session?
1. Message me with:
- As many details as possible
- Example images of the vibe you're looking to achieve ... this will help me bring your vision to life.
- Preferred date(s) and location(s)
2. I'll Reply ASAP:
- We will iron out the details! From outfit coordination, location, time of day and the vibe you are trying to achieve . . . we'll figure it out together!
3. Deposit to secure your date
- Review & sign contract
- Deposit to secure your date -- goes towards total session fee
- You're all set!
How should we dress for our family session?
That depends on the aesthetic you are trying to achieve for your photos. I can help you curate the look you are hoping to achieve! Let's talk about outfits and locations and what are you planning on doing with these photos after your session? All of these details will help me bring your vision to life and give you the best advice for outfits!
Do you give out your RAW images?
My RAW images, straight out of camera, do not represent the reason you have hired me. My editing style is a huge part of the artistic vision I have for your final images.
I love our gallery! how do I purchase more images?
Your gallery will come with a set amount of professionally edited digital images that is included with your session fee. I also include the partially edited proofs in a separate folder of your gallery. Let me know which ones you want if you would like to order more images.
Additional charges are as follows:
$20 - 1 image
$100 - 10 images
$200 - Entire gallery
